RELIABLE SUPPLY
THAT MOVES

LONG GRASS TRADING LLC connects regional distributors and retail groups with fast-moving nondurable goods. We source responsibly, move quickly, and keep inventory visible across the chain so shelves stay full and forecasts hold.

Company Overview

Wholesale built for clarity and speed.

We operate as a nondurable goods merchant wholesaler with an emphasis on short lead times, transparent documentation, and dependable replenishment cycles. Our partners include regional distributors, grocery groups, independent chains, and e-commerce operators that require reliable flow without single-brand dependency.

Stock positions and transit ETAs are updated daily based on carrier scans and hub feedback. Every item we move ships with a digital pack that includes lot codes, safety data/spec sheets, country-of-origin records, and carton dimensions for receiving teams.

From Port Saint Lucie we serve the Southeast and beyond using cross-dock partners. We keep the conversation simple: confirm need, verify compliance, ship clean, and close with a short after-action file.

What We Move

Nondurable goods lines with predictable turns

We concentrate on high-velocity goods. Each line includes supply depth, substitution options, and documentation templates to simplify onboarding.

Why Distributors Stay

Operational honesty, measured outcomes.

We structure every engagement around fill rate, on-time performance, and documented issue closure. The point is simple: fewer surprises, faster turns, cleaner paperwork.

How We Work

From purchase order to clean delivery — in three sprints

We keep the path short and the handoffs clear. Each sprint ends with a mini report: what shipped, what blocked, and what we adjusted.

Cadence: Sprint A (Intake & spec lock), Sprint B (Pick, pack & docs), Sprint C (Dispatch & closeout). Remote-first with cross-dock checks when needed.
Sprint A — Intake & Confirmation

Confirm SKUs, substitutes, pack sizes, and dating tolerances. We pin documentation and create carton/pallet maps so receiving teams know what to expect.

Sprint B — Pick, Pack & Compliance Docs

Product is staged with labels and ASN summaries. SDS/specs and COOs ride with the shipment digitally; physical packs are sealed in the lead carton of each pallet.

Sprint C — Dispatch, Track & Close

We issue dispatch notes with live ETAs, monitor hub scans, and provide a closeout file that reconciles what shipped vs. what invoiced — reducing month-end friction.

Standards & Documentation

Compliance that travels with every case

We centralize documents and version them as products evolve. Your teams access the same source of truth we use at the dock door.

Traceability Lot codes and batch records tracked by pallet and by case; shared in the digital shipment pack.
SDS & Specs Safety data and technical spec sheets linked by SKU and aligned with current labeling.
Country of Origin COO statements maintained per line with certificate copies embedded in the pack.
Label Compliance Ingredient panels and warnings reviewed for the region; bilingual scans where available.
